Welcome! The Loma Linda
University Nutrition and Dietetics Faculty serves and educates the LLU Allied
Health Nutrition and Dietetic students as well as the LLU Public Health
Nutrition students. All faculty are registered dietitians.
The motto of Loma Linda
University is "to make man whole". The faculty is not only
dedicated to educating their students, but they are also dedicated to sharing
helpful nutrition information with the community whether it be nearby or across
the ocean. Each faculty member has their own area of specialty in nutrition,
which will be evident in the posts they share. Come follow along and see what
